End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Integrity Lawn & Wash ("Company"), governing your use of the Integrity Lawn & Wash web application ("Application") at integritylawnwash.com.

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for the purpose of requesting quotes, receiving invoices, and communicating about lawn care, pressure washing, and fleet washing services provided by Integrity Lawn & Wash.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Application
• Impersonate another person or entity when using the Application

4. QuickBooks Integration

The Application integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online to create and manage estimates and invoices. By using the Application, you acknowledge that your information (name, contact details, service requests) will be stored in our QuickBooks account for billing and record-keeping purposes. Intuit QuickBooks is subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy.

5. AI Assistant

The Application includes an AI-powered assistant that helps generate quotes and manage service requests. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual job conditions. Final pricing is confirmed by Integrity Lawn & Wash before any work begins.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Integrity Lawn & Wash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the Company's trademarks, logos, or branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrity Lawn & Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Company for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Gray County, Texas.

11. Changes to This Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
