4. QuickBooks Integration

We use Intuit QuickBooks Online to manage estimates, invoices, and customer records. When you request a quote or we create an invoice for you, your name, contact information, and service details are stored in our QuickBooks account. Our application connects to QuickBooks using secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. We access only the accounting data necessary to create and manage estimates, invoices, customer records, and service items.

5. AI-Powered Assistant

Our application uses an AI-powered assistant to help create quotes and invoices based on service requests. Conversation content (service descriptions, pricing discussions) is processed by the AI assistant to generate accurate estimates. We do not use your personal information to train AI models.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared with:

• Intuit QuickBooks (for estimate and invoice management)
• Anthropic (AI assistant provider, for processing service requests)
• Vercel (hosting provider)

These third parties process data only as necessary to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain customer records and transaction data for up to three (3) years from the date of last activity, or as required by applicable law (e.g., tax record requirements). After this period, data is securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.
